CVTracer announced two years ago its commitment to delivering quarterly upgrades to the Web based CVTracer Recruitment Solution. Veterans in the recruiting industry played a large role in developing CVTracer. Input from the front lines as well as managing partners are still being incorporated.
Cofounder and CEO, Marjorie Mancini, developed the idea for CVTracer in 1999 while looking for recruitment workflow software to improve and streamline recruiting productivity within her own organization. “In the Industry, time and information can make or break the deal. We listen to our Clients on how to help reduce every keystroke possible and retrieving vital data with a click. Our focus - implementing upgrades that directly translate to higher productivity," stated Mancini.
CVTracer Software allows open communication between their customers and the developers of CVTracer to ensure that the needs of the customers are being met. All quarterly upgrades are user driven. "We want to make sure that our existing customers play a role in the decision as to which features should be included," stated Nick Kornweibel, CTO of CVTracer Software.
Some of the new features included in the CVTracer 1st Quarter release, last month, include: enhanced Job Order reporting, improved Advanced Applicant Searching, and developed more superior Grouping for Applicants and Contacts.
