What challenges prompted you to consider CVTracer?

Efficiency and timeliness. Resumes were not flowing through our practice in a way that ensured we saw them all and we got back to the applicants. Now we collect resumes around the clock and they’re neatly stored in a very manageable database. We respond quickly because the system works so well.

Why did you need this type of product for a solution?

It's scalable, and it's hands-off. What I mean is that we can direct applicants to submit their paperwork online, where we can store it, analyze it, and come back to it in the future when other needs arise. And since it’s online, we can handle a thousand entries per day as easily as five entries per day.
