We love the applicant apply online feature. The resume is automatically uploaded to CVTracer. Then a follow up an email is sent to us alerting us of a new applicant.

Just recently we needed to fill nine job opportunities in a short amount of time. Utilizing the keyword search feature, we were able to do this very quickly and we placed all nine jobs.
We post jobs on Monster via CVTracer without any problems. It is just another way for us to get more applicants into our database.
The reports that are available to managers are great. It allows us to see which recruiters are doing their work and rewarding them. Recruiters can use these reports to track their success rate. Tracking features allow recruiters to see their “weekly activities.”
Recruiter turnover can be high at times. Training is always available at no-charge and easy to schedule.
CVTracer is a great solution for mobile workers. It goes everywhere – as long as there is a computer!
